Raymond Irrera + Associates Architects, P.C. is a boutique  design firm offering comprehensive services in Architecture, Planning, and Interior Design. We offer a wide range of  experience in design, construction documents,  contract administration, and  consulting services in Code and zoning matters. To date, the firm has exercised design responsibility  for construction projects having an aggregate value in excess of $2.5 billion. 

Your Project

Your project will be subject to a thorough analysis of your programmatic needs, as well as an understanding of the parameters of your site, budget, and time constraints.   Once a resultant spatial concept  is developed and approved, we will advance the concept through to the production of detailed construction documents, as approved by you.  We typically monitor the  construction of the project through to completion and your acceptance of the project.
